• Ensuring that all departments of the organisation are following the same procedures with regards to documents
• Ensuring that documents are in the right location, they are categorised according to the type of document
• Checking and approving documents before they are filed
• Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure that documents contain correct and understandable information regards their categorisation
• Monitor and evaluate systems and to look for improvements
• Managing inhouse documentation system
• Scanning and uploading hard copy documents
• Maintaining internal drawing registers
• Maintain up to date Database Register showing document details and revision statusEstablish a Distribution Matrix for allocating controlled copies of documents as necessary to Company staff or Organizations
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards

• Technical or commercial education
• Further Education Safety Engineer according to SUVA regulation (SUVA certificate)
• Solid experience in a similar role
• Languages German and English – Business Fluent (Level C1 min)
• Being able to work with one or more teams
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
• Attention to details
• High degree of accuracy and highly organised
• Being proactive, reliable and honest
