face-to-face, you will be responsible for developing our customer portfolio by
promoting our on-board telematics solutions to companies with a truck fleet.
Main responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers and identify business opportunities in the field,
- Present our on-board telematics solutions to potential customers, alone or together with a sales representative
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
- Regularly monitor customer accounts and ongoing projects.
You will also be responsible for:
- Management of tickets and escalation of urgent cases: responsible for managing support tickets and escalating urgent cases to the appropriate team to ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, serve as the point of contact for customers in the Mobility Solutions context.
- Onboarding and support of customers: responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting customers throughout the entire onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a positive customer experience and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Communication between technical support and customers: act as a mediator between technical support and customers to ensure technical information is conveyed clearly and appropriately to customers for smooth installation of necessary hardware.
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the telematics sector
- Knowledge of the road transport sector
- Appetite for products with a strong technical side
- Good command of sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and sense of service
- Fluent English (working language, daily exchanges with our headquarters)
