YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ME preferred)
- Four or more years of experience in design, testing, and development of new products
- Proficient in 3D CAD design; Solidworks is preferred
- Experience creating engineering drawings
- Familiarity with FEA analysis and BTH standards is preferred
- Superior communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, and function independently
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work
- Strong time management skills with an emphasis on professionalism, flexibility, and service orientation
Qualifications
YOUR TASKS
- Create and maintain CAD designs, design calculations and other documentation (drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and /performance
guarantees) for future reference - Handle a mix of full project designs, small design tasks and various project tasks
- Prepare dimensional drawings, approval drawings, assembly drawings and other complex drawings
- Support end customers & application engineers from the office and occasionally on-site
- Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes, in collaboration with project manager, to ensure consistent documentation of the project
- Review specifications and other customer documentation for full understanding of the SOW
- Be on customer site as required for review of design details as well as installations, run off, and trouble shooting
