- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance and analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention and foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting open communication
- You will support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- You will provide guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives
- You will collaborate with training specialists to assess training needs, design development programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies
- You will utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making, such as turnover analysis, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives and prepare monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning
- You will stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date and provide labor law guidance / compliance to business
- You will assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity and close collaboration with payrolling and payrolling provider to assure smooth processing
- You will suggest new HR strategies in line with overall business strategy and goals and assure continuous improvement of HR processes and involvement in HR projects
- You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree advantageous
- You bring along proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- You acquire in-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
- You have demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- You are proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
- You bring along strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
