• Continuous inventory controls between the SAP system and the warehouse management system of the external logistics service provider
• Permanent checking of dependent interfaces and error handling in collaboration with the external service provider and internal departments
• Implementation of solution approaches with regard to eliminating inventory differences
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies as well as standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Month-end close
• Operational supplier management (indirect procurement / third party providers for transport and customs clearance)
• Weekly invoice control and internal controlling
• Support with assessments and audits
• Support / sub-project management for logistics projects
• Identification of Cost improvement projects (CIPs)
  

• Basic commercial training or completed university studies (not mandatory) and sound business knowledge
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as a high affinity for dealing with numbers
• Process accuracy and reliability
• High sense of responsibility and independent way of working
• Willingness for permanent process optimization
• Teamwork and proactive communication behavior
• Ability to adapt to changes at short notice
• Good spoken and written language skills in either German or English
• Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel), SAP/ERP is an advantage
