In the dynamically growing market for alternative investment, our client is a leading asset manager in Denmark and your gateway to investments in these segments; investments normally reserved for pension funds and other institutional investors. They have a solid track-record of their funds even after the interest rates have risen.

Our client is specialized in alternative investment structures and provides clients with access to compelling investment opportunities within private equity, renewable energy, real estate, and forestry. They specialize in pioneering new paths, identifying investment opportunities that may be undiscovered by others - from the batteries that will enable the future electrification of society to a booming housing market in Southeastern Europe.

This is a unique opportunity for you to lead and develop the Finnish Sales Team that will be based in Finland.

SALES:
  • As Country Manager you will have your own client list for Market Finland and will sell our clients investment funds to these persons.
  • Ensuring that the sales target is met for the sales representatives
  • Hiring additional sales representatives and taking the day-to-day responsibility of them
  • Hiring meeting bookers that are responsible for calling all new leads incoming from marketing and the client list, which the sales representatives will have in Market Finland
  • MARKETING:
  • Our client provides English memorandums, which are utilized in Danish brochures. In close collaboration with our marketing division these brochures are amended into local brochures
  • Hiring a local marketing specialist that can support with writing local marketing emails, and is responsible for the local marketing
  • OFFICE:
  • As Country Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day job in Market Finland, specifically and not limited to:
  • Managing all tasks in respect to the office
  • Setting up the PCs at the office or securing/contracting local support
  • Procuring and negotiating formal agreements with telephone/internet providers
To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
  • Are able to show the connections you have and built up in the respective market
  • Can demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales and investment market with a profound understanding of the systems/markets – e.g. how are the shares being issued?
  • Have 5-10 years of experience – however a young talent with less experience could also be a good match
  • Have knowledge of the investment and stock market and an understanding of how it works
  • Have a fundamental understanding of analyses
  • Are a self-starter, well organized, multi-tasking with the ability to set priorities and handle problems in a calm and efficient manner
  • Are motivated, stress resistant and enjoy working in an international and agile environment
  • Are fluent in Finnish and have a good understanding of English
