• Assist technical departments and management team to organize the daily business
• Prepare workshops & presentation to move things forward
• Accelerate team activities and assist successful project running
• Support team related office activities and organize administrative topics like purchasing, procurement processes, business trips and business meetings
• Report to the department manager by creating documentation, meeting minutes and weekly statistics

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics or similar education
• Working experience in an international acting company including work experience in an Assistant role
• Flexibility and motivated working attitude
• Commitment to innovation, good skills in visualizing new ideas and concepts
• Profound English knowledge, German or Chinese skills
• Willingness to work on site

• Interesting tasks in a multinational environment
• Possibility to take up a permanent employment with our customer
