• Lead process development and project execution in various microelectronics fields
• Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods and be responsible for product reliability evaluation within your area of expertise
• Develop manufacturing process flows for components, promptly resolve quality issues, and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases
• Improve product yield and address major challenges within your scope of responsibility
• Monitor and follow up on engineering processes, address deviations, and implement corrective actions. Analyze and summarize process data from engineering batches and handle technical problems
  

• Familiarity with process flows, manufacturing processes, and characterization techniques is preferred
• Extensive experience in one or more of the following processes: thin film, substrate cutting and polishing, diffusion, wet etching, dry etching, photolithography, or SiC processes or similar
• Proficiency in measurement methods and techniques for evaluating materials and process results
• Experience in semiconductor material processing
• Experience in successful mass production in leading industry factories
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to work in Germany or worldwide
