• Assist in designing and deploying the ThousandEyes network monitoring system across multiple network environments
• Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous network performance improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate monitoring solutions
• Provide comprehensive reports on network health, performance metrics, and trend analysis
• Develop and implement automated alerts and notifications for proactive network issue resolution

• Solid experience in network monitoring and management
• Proven expertise in utilizing ThousandEyes or similar network monitoring tools
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Knowledge of ITIL framework, in-depth knowledge of SDN (Software Defined Networking) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Solid experience in network management, preferably with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures
  
• Expertise and knowledge in other monitoring solutions to develop a visionary overall monitoring solution for our IT/OT environments
