Your prospective job:
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our deal concierge team as a Surface Deal Coordinator (m/f/d) to help drive Surface revenue for our company. In this role, you will be a primary representative of our business to customers and partners, executing engagements and bringing in specialists as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and driving to closure Surface opportunities. You will also need to have a technical mindset, being able to support customer conversations from IT BDMs up through the C-Suite. You will also be providing strategic deal support to our channel partners, helping unlock Surface programs to support deals.
Your responsibilities:
- Opportunity Orchestration and Management: Drive and manage sales opportunities through the sales stages to close, identifying the best customer support experience on large opportunities. Collaborate with field teams, Global Black Belt (GBB) teams, pricing specialists, and channel partners.
- Product Expert: You must become a product SME, understanding not only the Surface portfolio, but the programs and incentives available to make sure the customer has the best experience and outcome.
- Engagement Execution: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers looking to learn more about Surface, providing a welcoming and professional first impression of us.
- Opportunity Hunting: Identify, pursue and track Surface opportunities across all variations of customers in Enterprise and SMC-Corporate sectors.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, IT or related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in sales of hardware or devices (1-3 years)
- Fluent language skills in German in written and spoken required
- Very good language skills in English
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Understanding of the partner and reseller eco-system
