You also answer our customers' enquiries by email and in chat in a friendly and service-orientated manner.
You recognise customer needs and use upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer added value to both our customers and DKV Mobility.
You are passionately committed to our customers every day and place the highest value on integrity and customer orientation in line with our claim ‘You drive, we care’.
You support our customers along the entire customer lifecycle.
Our current service times are orientated towards the customer. During these, you will work in block shifts - currently 8 am - 5 pm.
You have completed an apprenticeship or are a career changer - motivation and customer focus are what count for us.
Friendly and positive communication is one of your talents.
Personal responsibility and team spirit are not a contradiction for you - you live both.
You enjoy making phone calls and have a hands-on mentality.
Not only can we see your friendly smile, the customer can also hear it on the phone.
You are solution-orientated - solving problems instead of looking for problems.
Even a dissatisfied customer doesn't upset you. It is a personal challenge for you to create a positive contact experience for every customer.
You like to challenge yourself and others to reach the next level of customer service.
You have a perfect command of German and are not afraid to communicate with colleagues in English - we are an international customer service community.
