Sales Documents and Data Management:
- Prepare contracts, sales partner contract condition entry files, sales offers, reports, and other related documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of all sales documentation.
- Enter necessary sales process data into the CRM system.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data to support sales activities and decision-making.
Administrative Support:
- Provide full administrative support to the sales team.
- Participate in result-relevant projects within the sales unit to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver best-in-class customer service to DKV customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Positivity and desire to reach the best results;

- Wish to grow and develop yourself;
- Responsibility and attention to details;
- Previous experience in data and document management;
- Good communication skills;
- Good MS Excel skills;
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills (German – is a big advantage, but not a requirement).
