- As a User Experience Designer (gn), you will be responsible for designing and developing the user experience and user interface of DKV's digital products.
- You will be responsible for the coordination and realisation of holistic UX concepts as well as the creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes in cross-functional product teams.
- You will also coordinate the design requirements and realise holistic UX concepts in close coordination within a product team.
- You are responsible for the uniform design language and the behaviour of UI elements, taking into account the style guide and the design systemIn addition, you maintain guidelines, patterns and style guides and further develop the DKV design system.
- You prepare and carry out user tests and incorporate user feedback.
- You are the driving force behind the further development of existing digital products with creative ideas and innovative solutions.
- You have a degree in strategic design, UX design, service design or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained relevant practical experience in the conception and design of complex interfaces in an agile development context.
- You are familiar with creating concepts that are based on strong arguments and are comprehensible and convincing.
- You have a heart for intuitive user interfaces, a well thought-out user experience and qualitative research.
- You have a sound knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, best practices and digital trends.
- You have a professional approach to common tools (FIGMA, Useberry, Miro, etc.) and enjoy getting to know new tools.
- You are enthusiastic about iterative, agile work (e.g. Scrum) and already have experience with self-organised work in cross-functional teams.
- Your good German and English skills round off your profile.
