The Complaints
management Customer Process Manager role scope will be to
design, improve and align throughout the organization the customer complaints
processes and drive the Dynamics tool optimization within CoreOperations
department
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, improve and align throughout the organization the processes handled by customer complaints
- Create and update process documentation and share them with the entire organization through internal channels in close coordination with the Head of Process Excellence
- Identify improvement areas, perform training needs analysis and initiate the training implementation
- Collect feedback and drive process improvements while using an objective view on the impact on all involved parties, provide benefits analysis and ensure systemic implementation
- Manage small projects or be part of more complex projects from different financial functions, involving automation, optimization, and transformation processes in complaints department
- Monitoring of developed and agreed solutions and implementations with the departments
- In close coordination with the Teamlead Customer Copmplaints, assists in the further development of more efficient processing of concerns
- Supporting new product rollouts in this context
- Degree in Economics/Business/Accounting or similar Economics background
- Min. 2 years of experience in process management, with exposure to digital transformation and operational projects
- Business fluency English, german language represents an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, high level of social competence, commitment, and ability to deal with conflicts
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and act in a goal-oriented manner
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics & SAP is considered a plus
- Ability to work/coordinate multi-located teams
- Enthusiastic, proactive mindset & open-minded person
- Availability to travel
