- You continuously shape and develop the product strategy, work cross-functionally with various departments, and develop the respective product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- You develop and optimize business relationships with existing suppliers, conduct contract and condition negotiations, work on strategic market alignment, and engage in strategic as well as operational product controlling.
- You lead projects and sub-projects for the expansion, optimization, and digitization of products and related processes in collaboration with agile development teams and external partners. This also includes training national and international sales units and other stakeholders.
- With the help of self-created market and competitive analyses, you develop pricing and customer condition models in coordination with sales and supplier management.
- You capture customer requirements and implement them to improve the product portfolio, increase market success, and enhance profitability.
- You have a degree in business administration, engineering, or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have initial professional experience in product and project management, ideally in the field of digitalization and automotive. Alternatively, you have founded your own company or worked in a startup.
- You work independently and goal-oriented, and possess strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. You can present your work results well and create presentations independently.
- You have solid knowledge of MS programs and a basic affinity for numbers.
- You have a convincing presence, good communication skills, and empathy.
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
