Requirements

completed commercial training in a logistics company, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualification
at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
confident written and spoken English and Italian language skills
customer and service orientation as well as strong initiative and motivation
excellent organisational skills and efficient time management
confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel

Qualifications

processing and placing transport orders of high quality euro pallets
search for suitable forwarding agents via internal and external options and coordination of forwarding orders
negotiating transport prices and preparing and awarding orders
checking releases and orders of load carriers in compliance with collection and delivery deadlines
working closely with customer service and other departments
preparation of evaluations and analyses
