- You process domestic and foreign incoming invoices (in paper form and eInvoices) using electronic workflows.
- You check the entitlement to deduct input tax and define tax codes for domestic and foreign expenses.
- You carry out payment runs and process exception lists.
- You will be responsible for processing reconciliation and control work for various G/L accounts as well as maintaining open items and accounts.
- You continuously update the process documentation.
- You post bank transactions and process the supplier dunning process.
- You are the contact person for queries regarding invoice processing for both internal and external inquiries.
- You have completed a commercial education (e.g. office clerk, tax clerk) or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in accounts payable or accounting in an international company.
- You have sound knowledge of the relevant accounting processes as well as good tax knowledge.
- You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- You have a structured and independent way of working as well as a high degree of accuracy and reliability.
- You have strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
