• Procurement and Sourcing BAU Administration
• Contracts Lifecycle management Renewals etc.
• Evaluation and Selection process support RFX, Quotations
• Agreement management support Review of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs etc. based on the provided guidelines. Good understanding of IT and legal aspects. Cooperation with legal dept
• Vendor Management support
• Market research for IT Services
• Financial analysis/ reports TCO etc.

• Experience working as a procurement manager
• IT Services or Licenses knowledge e.g. MS licensing, Cisco, SAP etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Profound English skills
• Advanced MS office suite knowledge
• Reliable, accurate, taking ownership

• An international environment within a reknown Swiss company
• Remote work possible
