• Lead the development of new raw materials and their transfer to the production
• Develop intensified and continuous perfusion processes
• Lead junior scientists in the design, execution and interpretation of scientific experiments
• Establish and maintain collaborations with other departments or external partners
• Write comprehensive scientific reports, patent applications and scientific publications
  

• At least PhD biotechnology, with a focus in biotechnology
• Profound experience in field of biotechnology
• Experience in mammalian cell/tissue culture techniques and experience with perfusion in small scale models and/or bioreactors
• Experience with robotics, high-throughput cell culture techniques
• Strong skills in critical thinking, laboratory experimentation and data analysis
• Ability to multitask and maintain organized data systems
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in team environment
• Fluency in English (oral and written), German advantageous
