Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Test Engineer - Avionic Software Integration Test (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring that customer requirements for Eurofighter avionics were correctly and completely fully implemented
• Responsibility for two of the most important mission computers in the Eurofighter
• Early detection of errors, support of the system and software developers and preparation of the flight authorisation of the entrusted hardware/software
• Ability to coordinate small, cross-sectional and international project teams
• Experience in the software development of embedded, safety-critical systems - ideally in relation to DO178, V-model, EASA Part 21J / ZDv are required
• Fluent English, spoken and written, knowledge of German is an advantage

Your profile:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer sciences, engineering or comparable
• Experience in the field of information systems and avionics integration
• Experience in the software development of embedded, safety-critical systems - ideally in relation to DO178, V-model, EASA Part 21J / ZDv are required
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Fluent English, spoken and written, knowledge of German is an advantage
