Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Moderation and organisation of Scrum meetings
• Conflict management
• Removal of obstructions
• Coaching the teams to establish and maintain an autonomous and self-organised way of working using agile principles to establish and maintain
• Promoting transparency and a culture of trust in the respective development teams
• Establishing and maintaining contacts for exchange and synchronisation with other agile, internal units
• Working on the further development of agile processes

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer sciences, technical engineering or comparable
• Experience in agile software development, as a Scrum Master ideally
• Certification as Scrum Master would be a plus
• Excellent computer skills in MS-Office
• Good knowledge in Jira and Confluence
• Fluent English, both spoken and written and good German skills
