  • Entgegennehmen, Bearbeiten und Lösen von ICT-Störungsmeldungen, Anfragen und Änderungswünschen • Incident und Problem Management • Planung, Installation und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschliesslich Server, Netzwerke und Arbeitsplätze • Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemperformance sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Fehlerbehebungen • Verwaltung und Installation von Applikationen über eine Softwareverteilung Lösung • Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Pflege des IT-Inventars • Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen über IT Themen • Mitarbeit in IT Projekten und System Erweiterungen • Kontinuierlich Verbesserung der bestehende Prozesse • Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT Partner und Lieferanten • Unterstützung von Audits und Inspektionen • 7x24 Pikettdienst
