Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Product Assurance Manager (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in the field of aerospace industry in Bremen.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop und supervice Product Assurance (PA) standards in alignment with customer requirements
• Primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with the customer
• Management of the product assurance team within the project in a leading position
• Lead and cowork with experts supporting PA tasks across the matrix organization
• Organize quality activities in accordance with project-specific requirements
• Monitor and chair key PA milestones, including EQSRs (Equipment Qualification Status Reviews), MRRs (Manufacturing Readiness Reviews), IRRs (Integration Readiness Reviews), TRRs (Test Readiness Reviews), and QRs (Qualification Reviews)
• Organize and communicate major project reviews such as SRRs (System Requirements Reviews), PDRs (Preliminary Design Reviews), CDRs (Critical Design Reviews), MPCBs (Material and Process Control Boards), PCBs (Production Control Boards), TRBs (Test Review Boards), ARs (Acceptance Reviews), and DRBs (Delivery Review Boards)
• Develop the project audit plan and assist auditors during project audits
• Lead through the non-conformance control process, including the organization and chairing of project-level Non-conformance Review Boards (NRBs)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, physics, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience in management of domestic and international suppliers
• Experience in the field of Product Assurance or within the space industry is a plus
• Profund negotiation skills and outstanding communication ability with suppliers and customers
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Frequently traveling is required
