Your prospective job:

You are looking for a new challange in the field of developing and improving software tools? For our international client in the aviation industry, we are looking for you as Software Engineer (f/m/d) for tool development acc. to DO-330 in Munich.

Your responsibilities:

• Development of software tools used by the engineering department
• Frontend development for web based application (e.g. proALPHA and IBM DOORS Next)
• Responsibility for project specific processes
• Updating and improving of software tools to new project needs
• Coding and debugging software, using different programming languages
• Reporting and correcting tool issues and definition of required improvements
• Developing a configuration management plan and change management of all items produced using applicable CM tools (e.g. Synergy, Dimensions)
• Documentation of software tools (e.g. tool operational requirements)
• Software tool qualification management according to DO-330

Your profile:

• University degree in software engineering, computer science or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience as a software engineer
• Working knowledge in software tool development
• Knowledge in writing of tool operational requirements
• Know-How in dealing with Rest API, extensible Markup Language (XML), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
• Skills in Programming in C, Java, Python, JavaScript
• Good English skills written and spoken
