• Oversight of CRAs work, serves as the first point of contact for field-based CRAs
  
• Review monitoring visit report, provide timely feedback, escalate urgent issues to project manager
  
• Prepare and review monitoring documents (e.g. monitoring plan), set up monitoring tools
  
• Oversight of eTMF status for assigned countries/sites (filling done by CRO)
  
• Oversight of data quality in eCRF (Medidata RAVE)
  
• Not routine work more based on how the CRAs are performing, trainings, support CRAs in resolving site issues with central vendors (e.g. central lab)
  
• Acts as the sponsor’s oversight and takes a stand and position of the sponsor
  
• Does not need to lead the CRAs there is no line- management reporting, no direct reporting
  
• Reporting to the sponsor Clinical Project Manager located in Austria, Vienna

• Participation in clinical projects as CRA and/or CO-CRA
  
• Experience in monitoring clinical research projects
  
• Travelling activities (10-15%)
  
• Very good written and spoken English skills
