Do you have experience in customer service, like to actively support customers in making business decisions, are fluent in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Belarusian, and want to work in an innovative company that is a leader in the professional services sector? The offer below is just for you!
As an Customer Service Employee Inside Sales, you will be responsible for e-mail and telephone customer service from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, as well as for advising customers on new solutions offered by DKV and actively expanding sales of the entire range of DKV services and products through upselling and cross-selling.
- Servicing existing customers from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and consulting on DKV products and services
- Supporting agency companies in acquiring new customers from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus
- Telephone and email correspondence with interested companies and DKV customers
- Sales support for the entire range of DKV services and products in the field of upselling and cross-selling
- Informing customers about new products on the DKV website
- Developing new applications, complaints and credit limits
- Monitoring payments and exceeding limits
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Higher education
- Experience in customer service and sales in the B2B segment for at least 2 years
- Very good knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian in speech and writing
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM Dynamics systems is welcome
- High personal culture, team spirit and customer orientation
- Business experience in talks with management and customer representatives
- Analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
