As a Sales Specialist OEM & Industry Solutions you will be jointly responsible for the development of telematic products supporting fleet management, as well as for advising customers on the purchase of offered telematics devices and supporting internal sales teams in acquiring customers for telematics services. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring and substantive support of the entire polish team in the process of selling telematics services – for example DKV Live and achieving sales goals
- Supporting marketing campaigns introducing the product to the market
- Contact with the customer based on the target group defined in the sales strategy, supporting the team in preparing the offer and product presentation
- Demand analysis and consultations and support in negotiations with new and existing customers
- Consulting, training and supporting customers in using the solutions offered by DKV Live
- Technical support for co-workers in the event of problems with the customer's service
- Experience in sales or customer service at DKV: at least 2 years
- Product knowledge and technical interests
- Proactivity in action and searching for effective ways to develop the DKV LIVE product
- High level of communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
- Computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point)
- Ability to cope with difficult conversations with customers
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Independence, responsibility
- Analytical skills
- High personal culture, enthusiasm, creativity
