• Driving Decisions and Strategy Execution: Prepare and drive decision making and implement data strategy and decisions across the Group. Collaborate with the delivery teams and achieve the set goals within time, quality and cost
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication among internal teams, end-users, and technology partners, engage with stakeholders from operations to board members Program Planning and Coordination: Support in developing detailed implementation roadmaps, timelines, and resource planning
• Data Platform Design and Architecture: Assist in designing the overall architecture for the DaaS platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
• Operational Support: Assist in developing operational procedures, workshops, and user guidelines
• Performance Monitoring: Propose mechanisms for monitoring service uptime, performance metrics, and user satisfaction post-implementation

• Strong experience in managing projects that involve organizing and utilizing large amounts of data
• Familiarity with setting up processes to access and share data efficiently
• Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time streaming technologies
• Microsoft Fabric know-how
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical teams and non-technical business users
• A proven track record of delivering similar projects on time and within scope
• Professional German and English language skills
