  • Manage general property administration tasks
  • Handle the telephone switchboard
  • Draw up and activate rental agreements
  • Select and screen applicants
  • Advertise and let properties
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Prepare final invoices
  • Close rent deposits
  • Allocate invoices to accounts
  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • Familiarity with GARAIO REM software is necessary
  • Proficiency in French is required
  • Good infrastructure
  • Possibility to take up a permanent employment with our customer
  • Continuous support during the assignment
