- For the Premium Division of our client, a leading manufacturer of urban mobility solutions, we are exclusively seeking a Sales Specialist for the distribution of a new, top-tier Premium Interior Design System. This innovative system offers unparalleled comfort and features, is easy to use, and integrates seamlessly into high-quality interiors for the exclusive homes of the premium customer segment. It combines cutting-edge technology and contemporary design and sets new standards in aesthetic and functional requirements. The system is specifically designed for interior architecture and offers timeless elegance that meets the highest standards.
- From the product launch on, you will be responsible for the distribution of the premium product across the entire Swiss B2C market, managing an exclusive clientele from the initial consultation to personalized after-sales service at the highest level
- As part of a dedicated team within the innovation department that developed the premium system, you will benefit from great flexibility while enjoying the advantages of a strong corporation with a traditional brand, advanced technology, and high profitability
- You will build a strong customer base, strategically capture market share, maintain a network of premium customers, and foster leads, memberships as well as community connections
- You will work closely with the Strategy Manager, Marketing Manager, and other departments to seamlessly integrate sales and marketing strategies within the Premium Division and the entire company
- You will confidently present the product at showroom events and trade fairs, win customers over, organize personal product demonstrations, and professionally represent the company externally
- You will analyze market and industry trends in the luxury and interior sectors and convey relevant insights to internal stakeholders, such as product development, to achieve continuous improvements
- You have completed a degree or higher education in business administration, (luxury) management, hospitality, tourism, or a similar field
- You have extensive professional experience in the sales of premium or luxury products, in-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, and experience dealing with a demanding clientele
- Experience in the premium real estate sector or exclusive interior design, as well as in the B2C market and dealing with end customers such as property owners and architects, is advantageous
- You are an entrepreneurial personality with the ability to drive visions forward and enjoy working in a team with a start-up flair
- You have Italian and English language skills, and any other language is advantageous
- You have an independent, proactive, and service-oriented working style with a professional demeanor and high resilience
- You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland to advise customers on-site
