- You are responsible for assessing and monitoring the creditworthiness of all prospects and existing customers, as well as handling all legal cases for DKV Mobility using the CAM / CAM-Reversy software and other available systems (SAP, BW).
- Credit checks and limit approvals are part of your tasks, carried out independently within the scope of your authority.
- You support the department and team management in revising the regulations.
- Creating requirements for the reimbursement of VAT and mineral oil tax on written-off receivables, fulfilling the obligations of trade credit insurance, controlling fee invoices, maintaining the block list in the area of total blocks, and participating in various projects are part of your daily tasks.
- You are responsible for determining and instructing the reallocation of all attorney and court costs at the individual account level in cooperation with general and subsidiary accounting and controlling.
- Your tasks include monitoring payment agreements and deadlines, managing, reviewing, and utilizing all types of collateral, and handling the associated correspondence.
- Communication and consultation with the relevant sales organizations, trade credit insurers, lawyers, and collection agencies (partly in English) are part of your responsibilities.
- Additionally, personal visits on-site, both in the sales organization and with selected customers and partners, are part of your duties.
- You have completed vocational education or comparable education as a bank clerk and have several years of professional experience.
- You are characterized by independent and goal-oriented work.
- You have good analytical and communication skills, self-confidence, teamwork skills, and high social competence.
- You have experience with SAP R3, BW, and MS products.
- You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
