• Develop synthesis and manufacturing processes for assigned projects, ensuring quality, process safety, documentation standards, timing, and KPIs
• Document experiments and observations accurately and timely, following Good Documentation Practice
• Execute assigned experiments following approved procedures and rules (HSE, narcotics)
• Maintain operability and compliance of assigned instrumentation and lab areas
• Ensure positive customer satisfaction from project teams regarding quality, timelines, and oversight
• Complete assigned manufacturing tasks timely, adhering to HSE and compliance rules
• Support campaign preparation and execution in alignment with synthesis chemists
• Maintain compliant HSE and GxP training status and ensure lab infrastructure usability and compliance
• Support process chemists by collecting and aggregating experimental data and utilizing key technology platforms
• Communicate key issues and critical topics timely to appropriate management or project team members

• Completed apprenticeship as a lab technician (or related)
• Good level of German (required for a German environment)
• Strong level of English (manuals and documents are in English)
• Experience in GMP or similar regulated environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in experimental work
• Ability to maintain compliance with HSE and GxP standards
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
