- You will be responsible for the management, optimisation and documentation of the DKV Mobility Group's technical partners with a focus on tolls.
- You will coordinate and negotiate technical details and processes with toll partners of the DKV Group.
You manage the technical connection of new toll partners to the existing systems (Seeburger, GoAnywhere, API management, OLA, etc.). - You coordinate IT resources as part of the toll connection processes.
- You support and advise the specialist departments on all issues, projects and changes relating to technical partner connections.
- You create and send technical contract attachments for external partners.
- You create and check IT concepts in your own area of responsibility.
- You support external partners and service providers throughout the entire life cycle.
- You advise external toll partners and service providers on technical issues.
- You analyse the requirements of internal departments and external partners and develop innovative solutions for the organisation.
- You support our business in strategic topics and help drive them forward.
- You organise and lead regular meetings on innovation and strategy topics.
- Project management/sub-project management as well as the independent assumption of work packages round off your tasks.
- You have relevant professional experience as a Technical Partner Manager or in a comparable position.
- You have knowledge of agile and classic project management as well as the management of external partners and service providers.
- You are characterised by your good technical and analytical know-how as well as your persuasiveness.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the EDI and SAP environment.
- Business fluent German and a good command of English round off your profile.
