Your prospective job:

For our international client in the field of aviation and space programs, we are looking for you as a Senior Systems Engineer (m/f/d) in Bremen for permanent employment. You will be supporting the team of Architects and Subsystem engineers.

Your responsibilities:

• Spacecraft validation and verification on system level
• Specify test specifications for system level tests and verification
• Coordination of system engineering activities
• Execute analyses of satellite functional and interface requirements
• Flow down of the satellite requirements to subsystem level specifications
• Assure compliance to the satellite technical requirements
• Detail the satellite configuration and manage the satellite internal and external interfaces
• Support of generation the AIT plans and operation plans
• Oversee preparation of satellite tests and review of test results
• Arrangement for launch and flight phases
• Ensure maintenance of spacecraft data bases and simulators
• Support the technical project risk management

Your profile:

• Degree in engineering, physics, aerospace, spacecraft technology or equivalent
• Profund experience in satellite projects, preferably in phases AB and in the field of verification
• Experience in technical negotiations with the customer
• Profund knowledge of written and spoken English, German or other languages would be a plus
