• Understand, design, implement O365, SharePoint on-premises and Power Platforms solutions
• Develop solutions using the SharePoint object model, SPFx, PowerShell, REST/Graph API and Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power Apps
• Create detailed design artifact like program specifications and test plans
• Independently develop and review code to meet quality standards
• Design and implement solutions aligned with business strategy, security requirements and compliance guidelines
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of M365/SharePoint architecture, features, and functionalities
• Skilled in server-side languages such as C# and .NET Framework and experienced in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular
• Skilled in developing and deploying Azure Functions using continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines via GitHub Actions, with expertise in managing code lifecycle through version control systems and implementing automated testing and monitoring
• Proficient in SharePoint migration tools such as Sharegate or Metalogix etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills; German advantageous
