• Eigenständige Durchführung von Rechtsrecherchen im Arbeitsrecht, einschließlich M&A-bezogener Aspekte.
• Integration von Rechtsgrundsätzen in fallbezogene Fakten.
  
• Durchführung von Due Diligence im Arbeitsrecht bei Fusionen und Übernahmen.
  
• Erstellung und Präsentation von rechtlichen Analysen und Empfehlungen.
  
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Anwälten/Teams in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
  
• Umgang mit sensiblen Themen mit Takt und Diskretion.
  
• Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit Experten auf dem Gebiet.
  

• Successfully completed studies in German law (1st and 2nd State Exam, achieving at least 7 points).
• Seniority level equivalent to a 4th-year Associate or higher.
• Over 3 years of experience in an international law firm with a focus on Employment Law.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills, including organization, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and a commitment to diversity.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation.
