- Oversee daily office operations, including reception duties, correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Collaborate closely with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with suppliers for office equipment, services, and contracts
- Create purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) in SAP, and coordinate with accounting for invoices
- Participate in audits for purchasing, vendor creation, and onboarding processes
- Act as the process owner for site management processes; complete and train relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee the office management budget, including expenses for supplies, office upgrades, and events
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events such as conferences, workshops, team-building activities, and client events
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics for executives and guests
- Vocational education in office management or business administration, or a comparable educational degree
- Experience in office management in an international environment
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using other office software
- Familiarity with ERP systems is necessary (familiarity with SAP is a plus)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. German is a plus
