Welcome
We are looking for an experienced Network Admin Expert, who will work with us on projects for international companies and help us deploy and maintain technological solutions at such companies. Become part of the elite IT community and improve your skillset.
Deine Aufgaben / your mission
  • Responsible for commissioning and operation of complex network systems
  • Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating solution measures
  • Problem recording and documentation with a trouble ticket system, even in complex system landscapes
  • Initiating escalation procedures in critical problem cases
  • Representing the Network Administration area in cross-departmental solution teams
  • Administration of the network and security systems used
  • Integrating new customers into existing operational processes
  • Designing and introducing supporting tools
  • Participating in the development and planning of service concepts
  • Coordinating order processing
  • Start: April / May 2025
  • Salary - min 2 500 € btt monthly
  • Contract - permanent or b2b
Dein Profil / your profile
  • 2nd / 3rd Level Support knowledge with Cisco components
  • 2nd / 3rd Level Support knowledge of the deployed network services
  • 2nd / 3rd Level Support knowledge with HP, F5 LTM, Cisco ACI and Meraki 
  • 2nd / 3rd Level Support knowledge with Azure-Cloud. 
  • 2nd / 3rd Level Support knowledge with SDSL Components 
  • Basic training / manufacturer training for deployed network Components 
  •  At least 2 years of operations and support experience 
  • Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS) training
  • EFK training (EFK: certified electrician)
  •  Airport-specific training (e.g., GFA, apron, etc.)
  • logical thinking and analytical skills
  • willingness and desire to learn new things
  • ability to search for information independently
  • strong presentation skills and experience with direct communication with the clients
  • English - B2 min.
Nice to have:
  • Check Point Certified Security Ad-ministrator (CCSA), 
  • Administrator Certification from SASE provider,
  • Connect Secure Administration and Maintenance (CAM), 
  • Terraform Associate
