SCRUM Master

Project description 
in our client, development is mainly organised in an agile way. Usually according to the Scrum method. The Scrum method is a framework for agile product development and agile project management. Interdisciplinary teams organise themselves in order to react flexibly and quickly to changing conditions. 
Requirements: 
The product backlog is an ordered list of requirements for the product. The Product Backlog is dynamic and constantly evolving. The Sprint Backlog is the current plan of the tasks to be completed for a sprint. It includes the Product Backlog entries selected for the sprint and the necessary tasks (e.g. development, testing, documentation). The Sprint Backlog is continuously updated by the team members after the completion of a (sub-) task.

The external consultant is responsible for advising on and implementing the client's ITSM specification of the end client for local IT solutions, with a focus on cyber security management.

The aim of the project: 
to implement the information security standards in accordance with the specifications of the end client

• Conducting independent analysis of systems in relation to the degree of fulfilment of information security requirements in coordination with internal stakeholders and external IT service providers. 
• Independent measures to establish compliance with the information security requirements are derived from the findings of the analysis. 
• Creation / planning and coordination of the implementation of measures with internal stakeholders and external IT service providers.
• Advising the IT service owner, application manager and other stakeholders or independently analysing existing systems for the degree of compliance with client information security standards.
• Advising on and conducting protection requirement assessments and risk analyses.
• Advising the IT service owner or independently defining measures to ensure compliance with the information security standards.
• Deriving and conceptualising measures to establish compliance and minimise risk.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of the necessary IT measures with internal stakeholders and external IT service providers.
• Independently creating the required documents (e.g. operating and authorisation concepts) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• several years of professional experience in process and project management, ideally in the energy industry
• extensive methodological expertise in process and project management
• project experience, in particular with agile methods, e.g. rapid prototyping, scrum
• proficient in classic project management tools (planning, reporting tools, etc.)
• active listening skills and responsiveness to your conversation partner/customer
• prepare complex issues in a recipient-oriented manner (pyramidal thinking) and are not afraid of speaking in front of a group
• convey enthusiasm for the topics and win over the conversation partners on a personal level
• confident in the use of the German language, both written and spoken
• experience in managing IT projects
• initiative in handling demanding tasks
• recognise different interests, bring them together and develop a solution that works for everyone
• prepare and present information in a recipient-oriented way
• recognise and use the essentials to overcome complex relationships
