WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

Pharmaceutical packaging is more than just a container – it's trust, safety, and innovation. Be part of a team that delivers solutions millions depend on.

  • Lead product development/concept projects and technical investigations into pharma related topics
  • Manage project implementation according to ALPLA project management tools to achieve set project goals, while controlling all relevant resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs
  • Support sales and business development activities with pre-clarifications for potential projects
  • Support global product development projects and ensure proper documentation

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

  • You have a technical education (e.g. university of applied science or technical university)
  • You build on a proven track of at least 2 years work experience in a technical environment - preferably in the plastics industry
  • Solid experience in Injection Moulding (IM) within the plastics industry is essential for this position
  • You have the right mix of independent thinking and goal-oriented work and inspire people with your positive charisma and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Your have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • A basic willingness to travel rounds off your profile
