• Coordinate Sample Request process to ensure timely shipment of samples for registration/submission process
• Coordinate Discontinuation Process for products no longer needed, ensuring proper removal and related identifier code
• Find suitable samples in SAP to support product registration and submission deadlines in collaboration with various departments
• Lead assigned Discontinuation projects in Atom system and manage product/material code discontinuation in Agile system
• Monitor and report on monthly Discontinuation projects and Sample requests, maintaining KPI accuracy
• Develop and implement KPIs for processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Support creation and review of procedures for key processes to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Experience in a similar role advantageous
• Expert user of SAP and proficiency in Excel
• Good knowledge of business systems and tools is beneficial (e.g., Oracle Agile PLM, ATOM-Planisware)
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management, issue identification, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
