- You manage every phase from data preparation and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and retraining.
- You showcase the possibilities of current AI/ML trends and bring fresh ideas to our proof of concept developments.You develop and refine cutting-edge AI models with significant business potential. Your work contributes significantly t the future of our company.
- Additionally, you identify and define technical requirements for potential AI solutions and work closely with data scientists and data engineers. Together, you shape the strategic direction and elevate our business potential to the next level.
- You work on the implementation of advanced AI frameworks and demonstrate their value. Your solutions are pioneering and show what is possible with state-of-the-art technology.
- You train the data community and empower them by conveying new AI concepts. Your training ensures that our teams are ready for business-relevant implementations.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and techniques, ensuring that we consistently develop innovative and competitive products.
- Furthermore, you develop AI solutions according to DevOps and MLOps principles and coordinate with other data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure implementation into production.
- You have a master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- You bring relevant professional experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on research and the development of proof of concepts.
- You are proficient in Python and SQL and have already worked on the Azure and Snowflake platforms.
- You are familiar with MLOps and DevOps principles and have experience in providing infrastructure for the validation of proof of concepts.
- You understand the entire lifecycle of machine learning and can apply it in an agile environment.
- You are a talented communicator and enjoy working closely with data scientists and data engineers.
- Additionally, you are capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and market trends in AI and machine learning.
- Your fluent German skills are complemented by good English skills.
