• Technical Lead: Provide technical leadership in the planning, design and implementation phases and help align solutions to architectural standards
• Consultancy: Advise internal teams and platform users and provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices, features and implementation strategies
• Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with business processes and requirements
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting
• Vendor collaboration: Work with ServiceNow vendors to stay informed about new releases, get support when needed, and engage with other user groups
• Performance monitoring: Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks and optimize system resources for optimal responsiveness
• Security management: Implement and enforce security best practices, conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Contract management: Understand licence modules, contracts and assist in the preparation of contract amendments
• Communication: Point of contact for all ServiceNow related communications

• IT training with experience or a degree in (business) informatics
• Professional understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript) and web technologies, ideally with current certifications
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow across the organisation
• Strong ability to design and implement workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow tools
• Knowledge of security best practices, ability to implement and enforce security policies and conduct regular audits
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, vendors and support teams
• Experience in leading projects related to ServiceNow implementations, upgrades or customizations using agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
