What you can expect

The OBU Management team is expanding its team!

Main responsibilities:

Administrative activities related to: orders, exchange, blocking, and return of toll devices
Collaboration with departments within DKV and other external organizations (communication will generally be in English)
Prioritizing and processing daily tasks according to established SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

What makes you stand out

Bachelor degree
Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory
Intermediate knowledge of German is a plus
Good skills in working with MsOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Solution-oriented and customer-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good teamwork skill
At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service /order management/ logistics/ supply chain.
minimum 1 year SAP experience
