• Service Activities: Perform maintenance, flow calibrations, system conversions, and repairs on dry etching systems and sub-equipment
• Machine Availability: Ensure machine availability and develop improvement measures for maintenance
• Approval Participation: Participate in the approval of production processes, machines, measuring devices, and workstations
• Reporting: Report to service and maintenance managers on system availability, maintenance, and project measures
• Optimization Collaboration: Collaborate to optimize service measures regarding quality and quantity of plant technology
• Maintenance Implementation: Implement and monitor maintenance measures and intervals, including SAP
• CIP Participation: Engage in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) measures for SPC, uptime, and performance management.
• Documentation: Create and maintain work and maintenance instructions for all processes related to maintenance measures
• OCAPs and Protocols: Develop and maintain Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and service protocols
• Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training for technical personnel, including creating and maintaining training content.

• Certification: State-certified technician in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, with electrician qualifications
• Repair Experience: Proven experience in repairing technical systems
• Technical Skills: Strong technical and manual skills
• Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities, along with strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple interfaces
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German, with good written and spoken English skills
• Extensive IT Knowledge
• Experience with SAP advantageous
