As a Senior Accountant at TIP Denmark, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations while supporting both local management and the international Group Finance team. You will report to the Regional Financial Controller (UK-based) and collaborate closely with the Danish Country Leader.

Key tasks include:

• Maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing monthly reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports
• Handling AP/AR processes, VAT returns, and rental invoicing
• Coordinating payroll with external providers
• Assisting with statutory compliance, including tax submissions and audit support
• Contributing to annual budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
• Assisting with process improvements and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) implementation
• Acting as a financial support to the Danish leadership team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You work independently, but also build strong relationships across functions and borders.

Your qualifications and background should include:

• A financial education or part-qualification (e.g. HD(R), Cand.Merc.Aud., ACCA, or similar)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience within accounting, finance, or controlling
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
• Full fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to balance detail and big picture
