• Perform protein expression in bacterial and/or mammalian systems
• Conduct protein purification using chromatographic techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, SEC)
• Support biochemical and biophysical assays to characterize protein quality and interactions
• Troubleshoot and optimize protocols for protein yield, purity, and stability
• Maintain accurate lab records and contribute to data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic R&D environment

• BSc or MSc in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in protein production and purification
• Familiarity with biophysical techniques (e.g., DSF, MST, ITC, SPR) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus, but not required)
