- The position is strategically located within the eMobility sector, aiming to optimize digital processes around Microsoft Dynamics to support sustainable mobility solutions.
- You will work at the interface between IT and eMobility departments to actively shape the digital transformation in electromobility.
- You are responsible for independently managing and supporting the further development and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics strategy in Europe within the eMobility domain.
- You organize and oversee the execution of appointments, events, and training sessions related to Microsoft Dynamics.
- You are responsible for independently creating and supporting the development of presentations on Microsoft Dynamics processes and strategies, with a focus on eMobility applications.
- You proactively collaborate with departmental interfaces, especially IT and business units that use Microsoft Dynamics.
- You independently manage and support the development and enhancement of processes related to Microsoft Dynamics implementation and optimization.
- You hold organizational and content responsibility for generating reports on Microsoft Dynamics metrics.
- You are responsible for independently creating, analyzing, and utilizing key figures and statistics for various internal target groups within the Microsoft Dynamics domain.
- You independently develop suitable action plans and ensure the follow-up, validation, and review of proposed measures in the Microsoft Dynamics area.
- You serve as a key user for various IT applications, processes, tools, reports, and/or knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint) related to Microsoft Dynamics.
- You are well-connected and collaborate with other key users within your department and adjacent areas
- You take on responsibilities in projects and lead sub-projects within your department and across departments, particularly in the context of eMobility and Microsoft Dynamics.
- You gather relevant departmental information and conduct professional evaluations to initiate appropriate measures within the Microsoft Dynamics domain.
- You are responsible for the continuous development of the digital product portfolio and coordinate the feature roadmap in close alignment with stakeholders. In doing so, you define and prioritize business requirements, manage the backlog, and oversee implementation within the Scrum team until final acceptance of the deliverables.
- You have a degree in business, IT or a comparable subject.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in the areas of strategy, implementation, optimisation and quality assurance.
- You have good knowledge of relevant systems and processes in the Microsoft Dynamics environment and have experience with tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, CRM reporting and process modelling.
- You have advanced knowledge of presentation, moderation and communication techniques.
- You have experience with data analysis tools and the creation of complex data models.
- You have experience in managing and controlling cross-departmental projects.
- You work in an analytical and structured manner and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You work independently, show initiative and have a good command of German and English.
