The Team Leader Inside Sales Hunting will manage, motivate, and support our team in Milano. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the team's success and fostering a positive work environment. You will identify opportunities for team development and drive continuous improvement. By fostering a culture of open communication and accountability you will help your team reach high performance.
In particular he/she will be responsible for:
- Overseeing team activities (customers inbound acquisition)
- Ensuring efficient workflow and managing workloads
- Monitoring team KPIs and ensuring achievement of targets
- Delivering support, training, and coaching for employees
- Participating in recruitment processes
- Managing team-related HR administrative tasks (e.g approval of holydays, leave…)
- Managing customer acquisition through inbound and outbound calls or emails
- Providing prospects with information regarding DKV’s products and services
- Supporting and facilitating the implementation of new processes or procedures
- Preparing reports and performing data analysis
- Preferably > 5 years of sales experience
- At least > 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong results orientation
- Data driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)
- Empathetic and positive communicator
- Team management with motivational and empowerment approach
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
