As a International Technical Recruiter you will be an integral part of our HR team, playing a key role in defining and executing our Recruitment & Candidate's experience strategy.
As so, you will be working closely with all hiring figures within the company.
This is a hands-on role, in which you'll have full ownership of end to end hiring processes, bring in the best talent and provide an unforgettable candidate experience
Job Description
- Responsible for end to end international recruitment process, which includes, but is not limited to: job advertising, direct search, cold-call, matching candidates to job requirements, reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews and extending offers
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring process and practices to meet business objectives.
- Closely work with our leaders from all departments and our global HR team to identify and forecast all hiring-related needs.
- Manage and develop our sourcing channels.
- Build, maintain and engage all relevant stakeholders with our exceptional candidate experience.
- Play an active part in implementing various HR projects to support the local HR strategy & Activities.
- Actively promote DKV as an Employer of Choice Play an active part in the Employer Branding process,
- Identifies and contributes to implementing automation actions in recruitment area
- Contributes to the continuous improvements of recruitment reports and dashboards
- Provide recruiting reports to Hiring Managers and the HR team when requested
Key Requirements
- Previous experienced at least 2 years in recruiting end to end process
- Mandatory experience in the IT industry
- Strong English Skills
- Willingness to travel 1 week per month in Dutchland
- University degree (Psychology, Sociology, HR are a plus)
- Have a clear understanding of the recruitment end to end lifecycle process
- Familiar with HR Recruitment tools
- Experience on working with multiple roles simultaneously
